Tyler Jackson

Tyler Jackson – Biography

Tyler Jackson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from Massey University in 2016 and has worked as a Gallery Manager at Robert Heald Gallery, Wellington since 2015.

He is also a co-director of play_station artist-run initiative and gallery Wellington.

Tyler’s practice aims to create lighting devices to engage with participatory approaches of perceiving light and colour.

Awards

Awards include the Emerging Artist Trust Grant Wellington Award, and 2016 RTN Emerging Artist Award.
