At the Event

We’ve got some local food trucks providing a range of food, hot & cold non-alcoholic beverages, ice-creams as well as some outdoor seating and stunning views over Matiatia Bay and the Headland.

A free water station is also located at the Information Centre.

Oneroa Village 

The charming main township and the hub of Waiheke Island is Oneroa Village, a short walk from Matiatia or hop on the sculpture shuttle bus.

Offering numerous interesting specialty shops, cinema, art gallery, banks, post office, cafes, bars and restaurants all with wonderful views of Oneroa Bay and the Coromandel Peninsular, Oneroa is a favourite destination for visitors to Waiheke Island.

Peacock Sky
Peacock Sky vineyard is surrounded by native bush in Onetangi, on beautiful Waiheke Island. With food matched wine tastings as well as lunchtime gourmet dining at their romantic rural restaurant, Le Côté de la Colline, you’re sure to have a memorable experience. Peacock Sky is located on Trig Hill road, just down from EcoZip Adventures.
Tantalus

Te Matuku Oysters
Te Matuku’s Pacific oysters, highly prized by oyster lovers from all over New Zealand, are farmed in the crystal clear waters of the marine reserve at Te Matuku Bay on Waiheke.
Waiheke Honey House and Cafe
Nature lovers & foodies paradise ....Waiheke’s best kept secret is out; set amongst our 1000 olive trees and regenerating wetlands, Waiheke Honey House is home to our EVOO olive oils and world class infused honeys. Swing by for a unique tasting experience and enjoy a delectable brunch or a delicious home made ice cream on the deck. Our honeys are all organically farmed here on Waiheke and uniquely crafted to enhance the best wine and cheese platters. For those looking for a simple raw honey, you can’t beat Pohutukawa, but as the wine and cheese comes out, French Tarragon or a herb infusion are the bees knees. Poderi Crisci
Poderi Crisci is a family-owned vineyard and restaurant with Italian flair and an underlying passion for creating stunning European and Italian inspired wines. The restaurant serves the freshest dishes with a menu that changes daily and is well renowned for their most famous “Long Lunch” dining experiences. Take a day trip to Waiheke and arrive in Italy at this most special of locations.
